Rangefinder functions as a coincidence rangefinder, enabling measurement of distances to visible objects using an iPhone.
Operational procedure is straightforward:
- Position the device upright on your knee, align the target within the viewfinder, and tap the screen.
- Stand up, re-align the target with the image in the center of the viewfinder, ensuring overlap, then tap the screen again.
Key features include:
- Measurement units: meters or feet
- Fine calibration for enhanced accuracy
- Vibration alarm for feedback
- Bubble level to assist with device orientation
- Measurement quality indicator to assess reliability
The device performs optimally within a range of 1 to 50 meters. For improved results, it is recommended to:

- Avoid vibrations during measurement procedures
- Keep the iPhone upright, using the built-in bubble level for alignment
- Employ 5x zoom to enhance precision
